so one night in febuarary i was on campus and was walking back to my dorm. i was in a crosswalk on my skateboard when all of a sudden this car runs the stop sign and plows right into me. luckily he stops and i get all his info. there was a witness to that said he saw me go under the car and thought i was a gonner. the kid hit me doing 10mph or so. i wasn't hurt so we agreed that he would pay for my skateboard since he broke it. i gave hima couple weeks and he didn't give me the money. i filed a complaint with my school security and he still didn't give me the money. so now after 2 months i have decided to take damn sbag to small claims court. i want to get the most revenge as possible. what should i do to teach this sbag a lesson for hitting me. i have a giant scar on my arm that wont go away and i am furious. what is the most money i should claim in small claims court. i was thinking about asking for $500

Should I try out for color guard?

well hunn i have been in color guard for two years now and i think it is SOOOO awesome. basically its spinning a flag,(you have to be brave and daring), marching, and dancing. you perform at parades with the band ....(most of the time if the band goes somewhere the color guard goes too). You can do all sorts of fun tricks such as tosses, or you can spin. your coach teaches you a routine and you learn it and perform it during the parade. No it is not part of the band but again you go with the band for basically everything. It is really a lot of fun and personally i like it much more than cheerleading. BTW your school might also do winterguard which is a whole nother story. ***at least try out and if you like it continue if you dont quit. but its really a lot of fun!! GOOOD LUCK!! <3

A qusetion about a 1986 ford f350?

I have a 1986 ford f350. It will run but it runs rough & puts out alot of white smoke. It has dual tanks with electric fuel pumps. It's a 7.5L 460 & it has a carburetor. I have never seen a carbureted vehicle with electric fuel pumps myself.(must be another one of those great ford innovations) I noticed after it ran it would flood itself out causing it to die. It eventually gets fuel in the oil as well. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas about how to fix it. I have had the car rebuilt & the safety shut off Switch by the kick Panel does not work proper so & the fuel pump runs all the time. Please help with any Information. I am about to start driving here next month & it's the only reliable vehicle that I might have If I can get it running. Thanks for the help in advance.

last night i woke up out of a deep sleep with SEVERE pain right undernethe my in my lower chest and in a perfect band around into my back. it was like someone had a big belt wrapped around my middle and was pulling it as tight as they could...i mean it was really, really bad. I told my husband to call the squad, but before he could even get to the phone i vomitted a small amount of dark yellow, bitter tasting vomit up, and within 3 minutes i felt much better...but about 2 hours later it returned and the exact same thing happened. Then i fell back asleep and was fine. Have been fine all day until about 20 minutes ago where it all happened again, and now i just have the terrible pain in a band around my middle. Positioning doesn't help, ibuprofin doesn't help, my gallbladder is taken out and i have had a complete hysterectomy. I'm 25 years old otherwise healthy. (my hysterectomy was from servere pelvic and abdominal adhesions...IE:frozen pelvis)obviously i want to see my doctor, but this is sunday...i feel silly going into the er since the episodes are so hit and miss...also food does not seem to trigger the episodes. no one else has been sick in my house except my 5 year old has the chicken pox.Only meds i am on is premarin .09. Thnkas for your help.

You should also check out the new A Nightmare on Elm Street movie, it's really good and one of the best remakes I have seen other then The Last House On The Left. Is my student loan collection agency ripping me off?

After 4 years of college, I aculated a student loan debt of about $17,000 ($19,000 with interest) which I had consolidated with Nelnet. Hurt shoulder when wrestling?

The other night i was wrestling my friend and remember getting slammed really hard on my back. i didnt have any sudden pain, but when i woke up in the morning my right shoulder and chest hurt. My chest felt like i had pulled the muscle and i had a sharp pain in the middle of my shoulder blade. It has been a week and the pain has decreased but i still feel it when i exhale hard or laugh. i am hoping i have just pulled a muscle being that the pain is not too horrible. how badly does ligament damage hurt? and how long should i wait for the pain to go away?

6th year in college and decided to push through a career-irrelevant degree for the sake of graduating. Mistake?

I've been in college for too long now. It's been about 6 years. I began in 2003, hopped around between two schools and took a year off to work for a web development company. I left that job for personal reasons after 1 year and went back to school to limbo (current). I've switched degree majors several times (Computer Information Systems to Liberal Studies to English then to Computer Science). I've almost given up on my pursuit to complete the elusive degree. Though now after much thought and consultation, I've decided to push through to the nearest end. This means settling for a degree in Communication, English, or Religious Studies -- These degrees will allow me to graduate by the end of this summer. These degrees also have little to no relevance to the career path I want to pursue. I'd like to pursue a career in Web Development. Though I do in fact have interest in studying outside that focus. The previously mentioned subjects are concentrations I would likely find compelling. My other option is to switch my major back to something related to my career goal. This action would take me an additional 2 years to complete college, opposed to graduating this summer. What are your opinions?

I had a scary dream about demonic possession!?

So, I've actually had night terrors since I was a child. At some points in my life they've been more sever and frequent than others, but I've never had a dream like this. Last night, I dreamed that I was the nanny/tutor/mentor to 2 little girls that were sisters. There grandmother was the guardian. Anyways, so, turns out one of the little girls becomes possessed. What ever is possessing her is good because when I get someone from the church to come by to evaluate and determine if an exorcism is necissary, the child acts 100% normal. In my dream,(and prepare yourself, this is weird) but the way that I know she's possessed, is ofcourse her pupils dialate completly and she's always naked when she's possessed. I'm not sure what the dream means. Another thing, in my dream the grandmother was actually my step grandmother. In the dream we had no relation, but in reality, that's who it is. I thought it was odd, cause she actually used to take care of me and my sister a lot when we were younger. Everytime I'd wake up from this dream, I'd go back to sleep and it would just pick up where it left off. At the begginning of the dream, the little girl was the only one that was possessed but right before waking up for good to go to work, the grandmother started talking in a low scratchy voice using a lot of profanity. It started because, I told her I didn't know what to do and that I couldn't get anyone to do an exorcism and that I felt like my being there was making matters worst because the child seemed to act out the most when I was present. At first the grandmother begged me to not go that she couldn't do it alone. Then she began yelling, "F**K IT. Just F**k it. Let them have her." But she was saying it in this really scary voice. I don't know what this dream means. I've been a little shooken up from it all morning. Anybody have any insight at all let me know. I'm open to all opinions and theories. Oh one more thing, I don't go to church regulary, however, I do pray regulary and I am a firm believer in god.

Having issues with my phone company...anyone ever heard of a company called BPH?

I have been with verizon for a long time now, about 6 months ago I had a long distance company call me and convince me that they were an affiliate with verizon and my long distance was being transfered to them by authorization of verizon to save me money on my phone bill. Well after the call I thought it sounded a little fishy so I called verizon and they said absolutely not, I put a block on my phone so my long distance can not be changed. Now, all day today my phone has not been working right, I have not been able to call out or recieve calls. I called verizon and they said my regular phone service had been changed to a compnay and the only name they had for it was BPH, I cannot find any info on this company and I know I did not authorize these changes. Has anyone else had these problems lately with their phone lines? Has anyone ever heard of this company? Any ideas of what is going on would help please! Thanks!

Ok well, one suggestion would be the bedding. If the bedding what like cotton or soft. Your hamster might of ate some and it got stuck in its cheek pouch and suffocated. I also heard of dyeing of fright. My one hamster dyed of fright because my kitten was knocking on his cage! Your hamster might of died of something else and the thing in its cheek might of just been food that he was storing. Sorry bout your hamster. Mine died over spring break :(. Here's the thing. I do not kid you ... I eat VERY little. When I eat a meal, I get SO full SO fast that I never finish my food. I snack occasionally, but nothing like one would think if they looked at me. I do, however, drink Dr. Pepper and a frequent Starbucks drink. I also have been battling low blood sugar. I honestly believe that this is my problem. Not to mention my prior lack of activity. I have recently been using Tony Little's Gazelle Glider and have been doing crunches every other night. I've done this for 2 weeks and lost 3 pounds. Then, I woke up this morning and had gained 5! I want to cry. HELP!! I need smart motivation. How can I gain weight?

Okay,I have a problem.Ever since I was about 12 or 13 years old,I've been trying to gain weight.Im 5'9",15 soon to be 16,and weigh 110-115 lbs(It depends on what weight thingy I use to weigh myself).Im tired of people calling me anorexic,or saying that I don't eat at all.I eat CONSTANTLY!If my parents let me,I would eat us out of home.When I go to restraunts with buffets,I can eat 3 or 4 plates of food,depending on how much I eat on each plate.Especially when we have junk food at home.I can eat 2 BIG bowls of ice cream,especially if it's chocolate flavored.If we candy like gummy candies,I can eat all of those up to if my parents let me.I eat the second most in my family.I come right after my dad. XD Is there anyway to gain weight so people can stop telling me that im anorexic?It really ticks me off when they say that! >.<
