Am i pregnant? help please?

I'm on Femodene as contraception. I have been using it for over a year and I take it 3 packs in a row before a break on doctors advice. Problem is, for the past two weeks, even thought i've not had my break, I've had breakthrough spotting on and off for almost a fortnight now and my skin has gotten so bad and my moods are just absolutely horrible. I get little pains and i have to pee all the time. help?
