Should Israel have this much control of our government?

No, but what can anybody do. The Israel lobbies such as AIPAC are the most powerful in Washington. Even Obama won't touch them because they have so much power. And because they are Jewish they are almost untouchable because anyone who criticizes them is instantly labeled any anti-Semite. Try picking up a copy of US Foreign Policy and the Israel Lobby if you want to hear more of the truth about the Israel lobby and the power they have over the US Govt.
