Someone help... doctors, nurses, please...anyone...any input?

last night i woke up out of a deep sleep with SEVERE pain right undernethe my in my lower chest and in a perfect band around into my back. it was like someone had a big belt wrapped around my middle and was pulling it as tight as they could...i mean it was really, really bad. I told my husband to call the squad, but before he could even get to the phone i vomitted a small amount of dark yellow, bitter tasting vomit up, and within 3 minutes i felt much better...but about 2 hours later it returned and the exact same thing happened. Then i fell back asleep and was fine. Have been fine all day until about 20 minutes ago where it all happened again, and now i just have the terrible pain in a band around my middle. Positioning doesn't help, ibuprofin doesn't help, my gallbladder is taken out and i have had a complete hysterectomy. I'm 25 years old otherwise healthy. (my hysterectomy was from servere pelvic and abdominal adhesions...IE:frozen pelvis)obviously i want to see my doctor, but this is sunday...i feel silly going into the er since the episodes are so hit and miss...also food does not seem to trigger the episodes. no one else has been sick in my house except my 5 year old has the chicken pox.Only meds i am on is premarin .09. Thnkas for your help.
