Family Guy Episode Search?

I'm looking for an episode which I can not remember any cirstances.. but the specific image joke I am searching is a car that Peter is driving is a little sports car that has an elongated hood/front end thus giving the appearance that peter is driving a big . The other images in this portion of the show are very funny. Perhaps it's a reference to Viagra or Male enhancement? I am not sure. Wondering if anyone can help.
