How long should you wait to move in w/him?...Is it to soon?

I meet this guy on the 4th of July. His 19 years older then me and i meet him through a friend. We have gone out since, and started to date. After about 3 weeks he asked me to be his gf, I love the way he is with me, attentive, loving, caring, everything you could want from a man. Now after about less then a month he asked me to move in with him, i have been staying over here and there and honestly enjoy his conpany very much. He even told me he "LOVED" me already, i don't really feel it yet, so i didn't say it back. I explained why, and he understood. We are very happy, but i don't know if i should really move in, it's only been 1 month, I NEED advice...just wondering what ppl think about it. Would you do it? Should i wait? How long should someone wait to move in with each other?
