Having problems with super paper mario on the wii...level 3-3?

whn you press that en to turn it blue you cant get verry far...when you push it to turn it pink i can get far but not all the way to that singing lady...help!!! ...im also having problems with the tube you go through to the spikeys and the on on the uther side..they go up and down...i cant get across???
