Need Isuzu Rodeo help?

Would a 2001 Rodeo sport 2 door, soft top, 4x4, 58k miles, 3.2 v6 be a good buy? Also, do these cars roll easy and could you purchase a hard top for winter and take it off during the summer, and where could you buy the hard top?
