Do other mature adults find it difficult to converse with children on here?

I like children and everything, but I'm a mature adult and studying for a law degree and sometimes I find it difficult to converse with children and immature views. I'm not saying their views are wrong as I was a child once and had the same ideas, but wondering if I should even bother to post as it's difficult to share questions and answers with people who aren't in the same mature mind set. I'm sure I'm not the only adult who's interested in BGT. Do other adults wish there was a separate board for under 16s and over? I find it a little disturbing at the amount of children who seem to be online unsupervised to spout abuse sometimes. I don't have any children yet, but I would be worried if they were online saying the things they do on here. Or is it something I have to expect when reading the views of a show that's also popular with children? It's difficult as you don't know the age of people you're talking to on here and try to give a mature opinion, only for them to respond with a typical children's answer that they would never say to an adult in real life.
