JUSTIFIED. cell phone/texting is now illegal while driving. you need a head set or blue tooth. she should not of been doing that at all. its like drinking and driving you know its not safe. and if you kill someone with your irresponsibility then you have to pay the price. a regular accident she would not of had this problem
