Need help remembering title of a book?

if anyone remembers the title of this book , it would be greatly appreciated. its a kids book, lift the flap, spooky halloween type book. there's a little boy who goes to his neighbors house to borrow a cup of sugar. he goes in and goes through all the rooms in the house. one is a bedroom, you lift the flap on a chest and a bat flies out. in the kitchen are 3 pots you turn the dials and put in different gross ingrediants. there's a dungeon with something under the bars. at the end you open a door and there's a monster there saying, your mom told me you wanted to borrow a cup of sugar. if anyone can help with the title that would be great!
