Help i have question about the trigger shot(hcg) shot!!! please help!!!!?

me and my hubby are trying to conceive long story short im on clomid 150mg i went to the doctor yesterday and had a ultrasound my follicles were good i was told and i was given the trigger shot now i was told to have yesterday and today. but when my hubby made it home i was sleep and we did not baby dance so my question is do we still have a chance this month? but we did baby dance the night before the shot.
