Has anyone read or know anything about a autobiograpical called "A girl at Eton" by Elizabeth Heygate?

I found an out of print book called A girl at Eton while looking around online. Could anyone tell me what its about? It seems to be an autobiography. I never knew a girl went to Eton! Is this about a real girl at Eton? I don't think I will be able to get hold of the book.
